General Questions

Quiply is a social platform designed to share posts, follow interesting people, and engage in meaningful conversations. Whether you're posting updates, sharing thoughts, or following others, Quiply makes it easy to stay connected.

To create an account on Quiply, click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage, fill in the required information, and confirm your email address. Once your account is verified, you're ready to start posting and following others!

Yes, Quiply is completely free to use. All you need is an account to get started.

Posting & Interactions

To create a post, navigate to your feed or profile, and you’ll see a “What’s on your mind?” text box. Write your post (up to 280 characters) and click "Post". You can also share your post to Twitter or Facebook by checking the sharing options below the post box.

Currently, posts cannot be edited once they are published. However, you can delete any of your posts by clicking on the three dots at the top-right corner of your post and selecting "Delete".

To like a post, click on the thumbs-up icon below the post. To repost, click the repost icon. Reposted content will appear on your profile and can be shared with your followers.

Following & Followers

To follow someone, simply go to their profile and click the "Follow" button. You’ll then see their posts in your feed.

You can see a list of your followers by visiting your profile and clicking on the "Followers" tab. This will display everyone who follows you.

Yes, you can unfollow or block users. To unfollow, go to their profile and click on the "Unfollow" button. To block a user, click on the three dots on their profile or post, and select "Block". Blocking will prevent them from interacting with you.

Notifications & Privacy

You can manage your notifications by visiting your settings and choosing what notifications you want to receive. You can toggle notifications for likes, reposts, new followers, and comments.

Troubleshooting

If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you’ll receive instructions on how to reset your password.

If you're experiencing issues with posting or following users, it could be due to account restrictions, connectivity issues, or a platform update. Check your connection, and if the problem persists, contact Quiply support at support@quiply.com.

To report a post or a user, click on the three dots next to the post or profile, and select "Report". Quiply takes all reports seriously and will review the content to take appropriate action.

Advanced Features

Currently, Quiply does not support post scheduling. All posts must be made in real-time.

You can share posts to Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn directly from Quiply. Use the share icon located under the post and select the platform you want to share to.

At this time, Quiply does not offer a public API for general use. Keep an eye on our updates for potential API access in the future!
